Refund policy

Wallcovering Returns & Replacements 

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Only product that is unopened, uncut, and in the original packaging can be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.

All products purchased through All 4 Walls Wallpaper are guaranteed free of defects and relative problems. Any item(s) that are damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded upon proof provided by a physical return of the product or photos of the damaged product within 10 business days of having received your order. Notification of all other returns needs to be made within 30 days of having received your order. All wallcovering returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee. 

If you are in need of more wallcovering that was previously placed please contact Customer Service (1-502-354-0440) and we will do our best to fulfill the order request with the same batch or dye lot of original purchase.  All 4 Walls Wallpaper is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Tracking information is emailed and it is the customers responsibility to track their package. Missing packages will be replaced, not refunded, pending on the outcome of a courier investigation. 

Samples are non-refundable.

Items without original packaging are non-refundable (Original Labels)

Shipping charges and handling fees for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
